1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 58ji platform — including the website at 58ji.org, the 58ji Login system, any games, promotions, or customer support services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the 58ji platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 58ji platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 58ji. They apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered players, and any person who accesses the platform on behalf of another person or entity.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and maintain a 58ji account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 58ji, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 58ji platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

58ji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned at 58ji's discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 58ji services, you must register for an account through the 58ji Login registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) 58ji account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 58ji uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58ji Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 58ji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 58ji support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

58ji is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

You must ensure that all personal information associated with your 58ji account is kept accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 58ji platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 58ji supports the following approved payment methods for Filipino players:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit, Philippine-issued)

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 58ji reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. You must complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed. 58ji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

The following payment methods are not accepted on the 58ji platform and must not be used for deposits or withdrawals: any form of cryptocurrency or digital currency token; credit card gambling deposits (prohibited under current Philippine regulations). Attempts to use prohibited payment methods may result in account suspension.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

58ji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 58ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• 58ji reserves the right to withhold bonus payments pending verification of eligibility.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 58ji platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, roulette, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

All 58ji casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 58ji does not manipulate game results in any way. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information panel.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 58ji reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time. Players who attempt to circumvent betting limits through any technical or procedural means may have their accounts suspended.

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, 58ji reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. 58ji will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Players who experience a malfunction should contact support immediately and refrain from continuing play until the issue is resolved.

58ji is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnections, power outages, or device failures on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game, the platform will attempt to resume the game session from its last confirmed state.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 58ji platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one 58ji account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the 58ji platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 58ji platform or its underlying software.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

58ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We take our duty of care to players seriously and actively encourage all players to gamble responsibly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 58ji account holders and can be accessed through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of the time and amount spent during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 58ji platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 58ji platform — including but not limited to the 58ji brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 58ji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 58ji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 58ji content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 58ji content.
• Use any 58ji trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 58ji platform.

Any unauthorised use of 58ji intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 58ji.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 58ji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 58ji platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances beyond 58ji's reasonable control.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

58ji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 58ji account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 58ji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Termination

You may close your 58ji account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

58ji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• 58ji has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You fail to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of your account would expose 58ji to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.

In the event of termination for cause, 58ji reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to you.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

58ji operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through 58ji's internal complaints process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

13. Amendments

58ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 58ji will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the 58ji platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. 58ji recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification of changes.
